At Glam Booth & Events, we prioritize your privacy and data security. This page consolidates various privacy policies that govern how we collect, store, and use your personal information, event photos, and related data in compliance with California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) where applicable.
We retain personal data and event media for a specific period to facilitate customer access while maintaining privacy and security.
Event Photos & Videos: Stored for 30 days after the event unless the client requests extended storage or immediate deletion. Contact Information & Booking Records: Retained for one year for customer service and record-keeping.Payment Details: We do not store credit card information—payments are securely processed through [Insert Payment Provider].
You may request deletion of your data before the retention period by emailing [email protected]. After the retention period, media files are permanently deleted from our servers and cannot be recovered.
By participating in our
photo booth services, guests acknowledge and agree that: Photos/videos taken during the event may be stored and delivered to the event organizer. The event host is responsible for obtaining guest consent if required for their event. Glam Booth & Events may use select photos for marketing and social media purposes, only with explicit written client consent.
Guests may request to exclude their images from promotional use by notifying us in writing before or after the event. If a guest wishes to remove a previously published image, they can contact us at [email protected] for removal consideration.
We respect your privacy and
do not sell or rent your personal data. However, we may share limited information with: Cloud Storage Providers: Secure storage for event media. Payment Processors: To complete secure transactions. Marketing Platforms: Only with client consent, for showcasing event highlights.
4. Social Media & Marketing Policy
We love sharing event highlights to showcase our work! With client approval, we may post: Select images and videos on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. Event recaps on our website or promotional materials.
Your Control:
Clients and guests can opt out of social media sharing before or after the event. We do not tag individuals without permission. Requests for content removal will be processed within 7 business days.
Since we service
family events, birthdays, and maternity shoots, we comply with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) regulations: We do not collect or store personal data of children under 13 without parental consent. Parents may request the deletion of any child’s photos by emailing [email protected]. If we are made aware that a minor’s data has been collected without parental consent, it will be deleted immediately.
