Welcome to Glam Booth & Events! These Terms and Conditions
("Terms") govern your access and use of our
photo booth and event services. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
"Company" refers to Glam Booth & Events, its employees, and affiliates."Client" refers to the person or entity booking our services."Services" include photo booth rentals, event photography, and related offerings."Agreement" refers to these Terms and any additional agreements signed.
A non-refundable deposit of [Insert Amount] is required to secure your booking.Full payment must be made [Insert Timeline, e.g., 7 days before the event].Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without a refund. We accept [List Payment Methods, e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer].
Cancellations made [Insert Timeline, e.g., 30 days before the event] are eligible for a partial refund (minus the deposit).Cancellations made less than [Insert Timeline] will not be refunded.In the rare case that we must cancel, we will issue a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.
Client must provide adequate space and power supply for setup. Our booth requires a flat surface, protection from weather (if outdoors), and access to power. If the event exceeds the agreed time, additional fees may apply at [Insert Rate, e.g., $X per hour].
By using our services, you grant us permission to use event photos/videos for marketing and social media, unless you opt-out in writing. Clients and guests are responsible for securing necessary permissions to photograph attendees.
We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses during the event. Client is responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or guest actions.If equipment is damaged beyond repair, the Client agrees to cover replacement costs.
We are not responsible for cancellations or delays due to
natural disasters, extreme weather, power outages, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events.
We reserve the right to refuse service or shut down early if guests engage in abusive, destructive, or illegal behavior.No food, drinks, or excessive crowding near the photo booth to prevent damage.
We collect limited personal data for booking and service improvement (see our Privacy Policy). We do not sell or share client data with third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of
California. Any disputes must be resolved in
Santa Clara County, California.
We may update these Terms at any time. The
latest version
will always be available on our website.
